Groups of 2-12 athletes going through a carefully curated sprint and strength routine that is preceded by a dynamic stretch meant to challenge every attendee's to become more flexible. These sessions are great for learning how to run more efficiently while building a stronger network of tissue to support a more powerful athlete. *If this is your first session, please arrive 30 minutes prior to session start time to have your video analysis shot and testing results recorded
